These Terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the Belgium, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in relation with this Agreement shall be finally settled under the CEPANI Rules of Arbitration by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with those Rules. The seat of the arbitration shall be Liège and the arbitration shall be conducted in the French language. All decisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, EURO-DIESEL shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, security, or other equitable remedies from any court of competent jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. EURO-DIESEL may, at its sole discretion and without notice, revise these terms at any time by updating this posting.



This is the entire Agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter herein and shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by a new posting by EURO-DIESEL, as described above.

Personal information of suppliers and professional advisors

If you are a supplier to EURO-DIESEL, or one of its professional advisors, we will store limited amounts of perso­nal information relating to you, including your name, job title, qualifications, employer organisation and contact details. We will store this personal information for the purposes of:

  • administering and maintaining records of services or advice we have received, and commissioning further services.


The personal information we hold about suppliers and professional advisors may be shared with:

  • companies who process personal information on EURO-DIESEL`s behalf, such as providers of cloud hosting solu­tions;

Personal information of actual or potential job applicants

If you are applying for a job in one of the EURO-DIESEL companies, we may store personal informa­tion relating to you. This might include your CV, details of your previous employment history and professional activities, nationality information (including copies of identity documents, such as a passport), references provided by third parties, and results of other due diligence carried out. We collect and store this information for the purposes of:

  • assessing your suitability for the vacant job, including by verifying your identity;
